North Atlantic Drilling Secures Contract Extension
North Atlantic Drilling (NADL) who form part of John Fredriksen’s Seadrill, has been awarded a firm one well extension plus one well option from Statoil for it’s jackup rig the West Elara.
The work will commence in direct continuation of the rig’s existing contract with Statoil which is worth around $10m.
The West Elara has been operating under contract to Statoil since 2011.
