Dolphin Drilling in Consultation Over North East Jobs
Dolphin Drilling is reported to be in consultation over further job redundancies from its North Sea operations.
The drilling company is in the process of holding discussions with staff in light of the decision.
A spokesperson for Dolphin confirmed discussions were ongoing but could not estimate how many roles were likely to go.
This is not the first time however they have held consultations over jobs.
Dolphin Drilling announced in September it would make around 180 job cuts from its Norwegian operations.
The company has two drill ships and four semi-submersible rigs throughout the world.
