Davlin Consulting Enters 2nd Year of Operation
Now entering its 2nd year of operation, DAVLIN, has taken some time to look back at the 1st years performance and services performed on behalf of its International Client’s.
Harnessing 70 years of combined industry experience on International project’s with delivery in the Oil and Gas, Mining and Power Generation sector, the company mission is to be aware and hit all targets “ From the Start”.
DAVLIN Consulting – From the Start
In the last 12 months, the company have initiated and completed;
-Development of a Project – Construction Management system that focuses on Contract identification – implementation – completion of all obligations and deliverables.
-Preparation and initiation of Project performance reviews on live project’s in the Hydro Power sector in Zambia and Zimbabwe
-Execution of a pre-feasibility analysis on proposed design scope for a HPP project in Colombia
-Support of existing Client with their current assignment’s in Borneo in relation to Project Management systems by identifying practical guidance tools, which focus on the Construction phase of the project.
Going forward, the mission is to continue to raise awareness and bring competent services to the Oil and Gas and Power Generation sector. With focused energy and motivation directed towards identification and execution of obligations set forth by the Contract and a guarantee of competent and reliable performance.
