Aberdeen Firm Slices Employment in Half
Aberdeen based Kinetics Controls & Innovation Limited (KCI) reduced its workforce from 14 to seven staff earlier this month after the on-going oil downturn.
The company was founded in 2002 and is based in the Dyce area of Aberdeen.
The organisation provides a range of brownfield products aimed at cost reduction through asset life extension in the subsea, wellheads and topsides areas.
KCI confirm the decision to cut employment by 50%, a move which was described as a disappointing conclusion in a challenging six months.
